Privacy policy

Last updated: 21 October 2026

This page explains which personal data we collect on we-call.ma, why, how long we keep it and how to exercise your rights, in accordance with Moroccan law no. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

Who is responsible for your data

WeCall is responsible for the processing described on this page. For any question: [email protected] or WhatsApp +212 687-657315.

This policy covers the public website. Data processed in the WeCall platform on behalf of our clients (orders, end customers) is governed by the contracts signed with them.

Contact form

When you write to us, we receive: the topic of your request, your name, your phone and/or email, your shop or company name if you give it, your message and the language of the site. To protect against automated submissions we also record the IP address and browser used.

We use this information only to answer you: demo, support, complaint or other request. It is neither sold nor used for advertising.

We keep it while handling your request and then for at most 3 years after our last exchange, unless you become a client (the data then follows your contract).

Audience measurement and cookies

We use PostHog to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, clicks, sections seen, plan chosen, device and browser type, approximate country and referring site.

Until you make a choice, and if you decline, measurement works without cookies or browser storage: visits are counted anonymously.

If you accept, PostHog sets cookies to recognise your next visits and records your browsing (movements, clicks, scrolling) to help us improve the pages. Form fields and form text are always masked: what you type is never recorded.

Audience measurement data is kept for at most 13 months.

WhatsApp

The WhatsApp buttons open a conversation with WeCall in the WhatsApp app. Those exchanges are also subject to WhatsApp’s (Meta’s) terms and privacy policy.

Who receives your data

Only the WeCall team can access your requests. We use technical providers that process data on our behalf only:

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and object to its processing on legitimate grounds. Write to [email protected] or on WhatsApp at +212 687-657315; we may ask you to confirm your identity.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you can contact Morocco’s data protection authority (CNDP), www.cndp.ma.
